ISSUE: Whether the workers were on strike from 20th August, 1981 to 22nd August, 1981 from 20th August, 1981 to 7th September, 1981. FACTS: There was a dispute between the Appellant and the Respondent arising from ilk out of workers due to their protest and demand for the removal of the Deputy-Manager and Personnel Manager of the Respondent. The dispute was referred to the Industrial Arbitration Panel (IAP), which made; whereby it held that the workers were not entitled to be paid during the period of the strike. HON.
