RULING At the hearing of the matter today 31st May, 2012, before the commencement of the business of the day, the learned counsel for the Claimant James C. Udeh, prayed the court for an Order striking out the name of the 2nd Defendant i.e. the National Human Rights, Commission as a party to this suit. According to the counsel, the commission is sued as a nominal party, and that without it the matter can be properly determined. Barrister Nuhu representing the National Human Rights, Commission did not oppose the application.
