<p><span>Your working hours will be from [10:30 a.m.] to [7:30 p.m.] Monday=
s through Fridays, which includes a 60-minute break, and you are expected t=

al hours depending on your responsibilities or if there are client calls ar=
e there or any other client need, you may need to extend your time after 7:=
30 p.m. The work timings might be changed depending on exigencies. </span><=

<p><span>Note: <span>Please keep in mind that we have regularly warned you =
verbally about being late to work every other day. You are strongly advised=
 to adhere fully to the business hours with immediate effect from tomorrow =
on wards ( 5 mins would be your grace time will be provided ), If you miss =
more than three days in a row, we will treat it as a one-day LOP.</span> Yo=
ur leads and manager will rigorously adhere to your time tracker starting f=
rom tomorrow. Respective team leads or managers are requested to give the T=
ime roaster of your team every week; if there is any change, please notify =
us so that we may update the portal.</span></p>

<ol>
<li><b><span><u><span>Leave/Holidays:</span></u></span></b></li></ol>
<p><span>You are entitled to casual leave of [1] days and [1] working days =
of paid sick leave (Sick leave or Casual leave cannot be carried beyond the=
 calendar year or encashed). After completing one year of service, you are =
eligible for [12] days of privilege leave. If you resign from the company a=
fter one year of service and served two months' notice period, then your ea=
rned privileged leave will be encashed in FNF. The Company shall notify you=
 of a list of paid holidays at the beginning of each year. If you work on h=
olidays or weekends for a client, you are entitled to monetary compensation=
 or comp-off as per our HR Policy. You will be entitled to leaves and paid =
holidays as per our HR policy available on our 100 servers.</span></p>

<p><span>Note: Your casual leave should be planned at least two weeks or te=
n days in advance, and if you are taking sick leave, you must notify your l=
eads on the day itself; if sick leave is taken for more than three days, yo=
u must submit a medical certificate.; If not, the leave day will be conside=

<p><span>You must use formal language in a permission letter sent by mail o=
r WhatsApp. Clearly state your reason for requesting permission, and do not=

ssential. In a month, only four hours of permission are provided.<span> </s=

<p><span>Note: If you need 15 minutes of permission, you must notify your l=

equested in advance. Also, if you take more than 4 hours of permission in a=

 dressing, then that can be interpreted as disrespect for colleagues and cl=

p the mobile phone on your desk. If bought to the office, it should be kept=
 in your bag or locker etc .</span></p>

<p><span>Note: Despite many warnings, If you continue to use your cell phon=
e at workplace, management will be forced to take strict action against you=
 and take your cell phone from you.</span></p>

<li><b><span><u><span>Office Desk &amp; Toilet Etiquette :</span></u></span=
></b></li></ol>
<p><span>It is essential to keep toilets &amp; workplace clean and hygienic=
 to avoid transmission of germs and infections.(Pls refer the attachment ).=

<p><span>Note: &nbsp;Despite constant advice, many continue to ignore toile=
t etiquette and maintain a clean workstation. Please follow the Etiquette i=
f you wish to avoid the spread of germs and diseases.</span></p>

<li><b><span><u><span>WFH: </span></u></span></b></li></ol>
<p><span>Work from home is no longer encouraged, so please avoid requesting=
 for work from home in the future. </span><span>However, a few people are s=
till working from home, and the management has requested that they return t=
o the office starting next month. Management has been compelled to take thi=
s step as explained above. We hope you understand the situation and will co=
ntinue to extend the support as you have always done in the past.</span></p=

<p><span>Note: If you have the option of working remotely for the remaining=
 days, please bring a doctor's medical certificate with a sufficient justif=

 speak in a very polite way so that it does not disturb other coworkers and=
